News Headline

We have our destination. It will be Delbarton, West Virginia in Mingo County. We were in Mingo County in 2010.

Make sure you are earning the 34 points you need for the trip. You need the points, sponsor money, forms and 2 of the 3 skill sessions in order to be able to go on the trip in June.

Our Final Skills Workday was on May12. We constructed a wheelchair ramp for Mrs. Izetta Tilghman. See News for pictures of the work or link to Facebook.

Next Event

The May Singing Practice and Mixer will be Monday, the 13th beginning at 7 PM. Singers and musicians should arrive by 6 PM in Fellowship Hall.

Our Final Meeting before the trip will be Sunday, May 20 in Fellowship Hall from 1-3 PM. Everyone is encouraged to be there including parents of youth.

Our ASP Commissioning Service will be held on Sunday, June 3 at the 10 AM Traditional Service in the Sanctuary at Asbury UMC. We will all take communion together.

The final Adult Pre Trip Meeting will be Wednesday, June 13 at 7 pm in Fellowship Hall at Asbury. All adults must attend.
